07Complete your profile with branding and contact details
- •Upload a background photo and logo/profile image.
- •Fill in all profile fields completely and accurately.
- •Add a clear brand description.
- •Review contact information carefully because buyers will see it.
- •Leave phone number fields blank if you do not want them publicly visible.
08Create and publish show specials
- •Add at least one show special so buyers see a promotional offer on your profile.
- •Examples include a percentage discount for VIP buyers, or free shipping over a minimum order amount.
- •Save the special and verify it appears on the buyer-facing profile.
- •Use show specials to make your booth more competitive and appealing.
09Add product images and business details
- •Upload product images that help buyers quickly understand your brand and offerings.

10Set order terms and payment terms
- •Enter your order terms, including price range, minimum order amount, order opening minimum, and ship date or ship window.

11Use the portal to manage messages and bookings

- •Open your brand profile and test the Book an Appointment function.

13Check your email for portal access instructions
- •Look for the vendor portal access email from reagan@bashmarkets.com.
